Central Embassy transformed into a food lover’s paradise
The all-you-can-eat “The World In One Bite 2025”, with “Talk Of The Taste” theme, takes place daily at Central Embassy and Central Chidlom from 10am to 9pm today until April 6.
Not only does the annual culinary festival bring together over 200 famous food pop-ups, but its live music performances and variety of creative workshops will encourage conversations on exceptional flavours and take the dining experience to the next level for everyone.
On the 3rd floor, there is clean food to serve health-conscious food lovers with dozens of pop-up shops, while on the 4th floor, there are more than 40 snack shops to satisfy the demands of dessert lovers or lovers Bakery. Another 30 legendary restaurants will also be serving at the 5th, bringing back their signature dishes.
Taste In The Sky By Siwilai City Club themed special recipes are also available, and will take a starring role on the 5th floor during the event, in exclusive culinary collaborations for phoenix eaters.
In partnership with Coffee Calling BKK 2025, Open House on the 6th floor is the meeting point for coffee lovers and coffee gurus to witness barista competitions and participate in workshops.
Another highlight is “Thai Street Tales By Eathai” at the LG floor which brings together famous street food pop-ups selected by Michelin Guide and awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand accolade. There, shoppers can relax with an exclusive afternoon tea set and watch traditional puppet performances by Joe Louis Puppet.
Other highlights include, the best of pop-up stores offering limited edition dishes and exclusive items at Public Lane & Public Market, located at Central Chidlom 1st floor. Also scheduled there is a series of private workshops including how to make chocolate mousse, how to face the pudding up with cute desserts and how to dress sticky rice up with savoury pork toppings.
There are even more hands-on workshop sessions featuring tips for crafting matcha cheesecake, mini pork burgers and classic Japanese desserts, presented on the 4th floor; whilst Lofter on the 6th floor will highlight a workshop by Roti Street, “Build-Your-Own Pizza Battle” by Bar Italia by Gigi and a traditional Thai dessert workshop, led by Yotse (Jay Yang).
