Full dress rehearsal of Military Columns for the 80th Armed Forces Day Parade

This morning, military columns performed a fulldressed rehearsal at Nay Pyi Taw Parade Ground for the 80th Anniversary of Armed Forces Day, which is going to be celebrated on 27 March 2025.
As men from the seven military columns and female personnel marched in rhythmic order from Thittat ground to the parade ground based on the parade programme, they sang marching songs with energy to the accompaniment of the Tatmadaw (Army, Navy, Air) Military Band and the Myanmar Police Force Band.
Vice-Chairman of the State Administration Council Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Defence Services Commander-in-Chief (Army) Vice-Senior General Soe Win accompanied by the Union Minister for Defence General Maung Maung Aye, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air) General Kyaw Swa Lin, Commander-in-Chief (Navy) Admiral Htein Win, Commander-in-Chief (Air) General Tun Aung, Chairman of the Armed Forces Day Organizing Committee Chief of Armed Forces Training Lt Gen Htein Win, senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief, Chairman of Armed Forces Day Organizing Management Committee Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command Maj-Gen Soe Min and officials, observed parade columns.
At first, the Vice-Senior General and party toured around were parade columns on the ground,arrangement of chairs for guests to the parade, installation of SIS (Simultaneous Interpretation Systems) for foreign guests and the arrival of the VIP convoy together with a cavalry company.
He went on to inspect in detail coordinated group flights of aircraft and helicopters from the Tatmadaw (Air), dress codes of standardbearers and columns, preparations of parade flags, parade small arms and military equipment and activities of parade companies and fulfilled the needs in coordination with the officials.
In the parade rehearsal, the marching column included: Officers, other ranks, female military personnel and members of Female Special Operation Task Force from the Tatmadaw (Army, Navy and Air), The Myanmar Police Force, Tatmadaw (Air), aircraft and helicopters.
