Ultimate Thai street food treat from Impact Arena

Starting tomorrow (March 30) and running daily from 3pm to midnight until April 6, the front yard of the Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani will play host to numerous street food outlets at “Impact x Shell Chuan Chim 3”.

Organised by Impact Exhibition Management in collaboration with Shell Chuan Chim—an epitome of culinary perfection that is deeply embedded in Thai culture—this year’s grand festival is back with a return of its concept “Serving Deliciousness, Unleashing Fun, Enjoying Summer”, offering food lovers an exquisite culinary journey for 10 days.

Held this year for the second time, the distinction of this event is that it will allow restaurants serving both savoury and sweet authenticated Shell Chuan Chim dishes for every region across the nation to come and shine a light together on the same stage.

Among the highlights are Khua Gai Ai Khrao, a winner of The Spoon 2 Golden Spoons Award; Kuay Chap Yuen Puen, which serves up chewy noodles in a fragrant and rich broth; and Emily’s delicious shredded chicken rice noodles each prepared with Grandma Warat’s perfectly balanced, secret recipe.

Other shops taking part includes Worrarat Salapao Betong well-known for its boiled oily dough steamed buns; Rosnual Banthat Thong serving Thai dessert; and Khanom Jeen Phuket Baan Ama which is famous for its tasty.

It’s also an opportunity to sample many other authentic dishes enjoyed by Thais across the country, including some expensive, second-best-in-the-world pad kaprow by chef Bank Paphakorn, an Iron Chef Thailand champion from Jit Sod Chuen.
