SAC Chairman PM Senior Gen Min Aung Hlaing receives special envoy for Asian affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China H.E. Mr. Deng Xijun

This evening, Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing received Special Envoy for Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China H.E. Mr. Deng Xijun at the parlour of the Office of the Chairman of the State Administration Council in Nay Pyi Taw.

Also accompanying the Senior General were SAC Joint Secretary Gen Ye Win Oo, SAC member Lt-Gen Yar Pyae, Union Minister for Home Affairs Lt-Gen Tun Tun Naung and officials while the special envoy was welcomed by officials from the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar.

In the meeting, they discussed frankly the five-point roadmap to be positively used in the implementation of the government of Myanmar and the Tatmadaw and preparations for election by China, China’s cooperation in peace process of Myanmar, cooperation between China and Myanmar in prevention of narcotic drugs and elimination of online gambling and scams, border trade between the two countries.
